2.正文部分
both parties come to the mutual agreement to sign this contract with the following terms and conditions双方同意签署以下合同。
1. general conditions.
1.1. the seller shall do the same trade mark of the buyer on the product according to the buyer’s standards or requests.卖方安装买方设计、制作产品。
1.2. the seller shall provide the buyer with original technical documents (manual , calculation, drawing) within one week after contract signing.卖方进行技术交底。
1.3. within 4 days from the b/l date the seller must send complete set of original shipping documents by express courier to the buyer after the buyer pay all payment as follow,(卖方交给买方的文件清单)
1.3.1. 3/3 set of clean on board’ ocean bill of lading marked freight prepaid and notify the buyer
1.3.2. signed commercial invoice
1.3.3. detailed packing list
1.3.4. some blank papers with stamp and signature
1.3.5. c/o form e issued by china chamber of commerce and industry: 3/3
1.3.6. certificate of quality issued by manufacturer
1.3.7. certificate of quality
1.4. if the buyer request the supervisor, the seller shall dispatch supervisors to the job site during the initial installation (对于安装部分进行责任划分,安装部分的费用由买方负责)
1.4.1. their round trip air ticket will be borne by the seller
1.4.2. their accommodation will be borne by the buyer.
1.5. this contract shall be full force and effective from the date that the signatories of the buyer, the seller, signed and sealed. this contract has a principle to execute in english language.(签字盖章后,合同生效)

3.1 deliverly time

4 quality &inspection(质量及检测)
4.1 the buyer may carry out inspection of quality of the product after completion of welding, shot blasting or sanding, the primary coat and the final coat.
4.2 the buyer may proceed the above inspectation through buyer’s inspectors or through pictures and/ or movie submitted by seller.
4.3 the seller must notice completion of each process to the buyer for inspection of the product.
4.4 all additional cost arising from the inspection and penalty due to inspection and/or amendment of the product shall be borne by the seller.
